Due to the nature of our handcrafted bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@recoveriebath.com and include your order number and photos of the issue if applicable. We will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.
